Ribbon Closure Rigid Box:
For the hinged setup box, the wraps and chipboards of the lid extend to from the base completely or partially. The book style box is a hinged lid box with setup tray glued into 3 or 4 panel binder. The hinged lid shoulder box belongs to the hinged box as well. Also, there are some other common styles, like the clamshell rigid box, flip top rigid box, and some popular presentation boxes. The hinged lid setup box can be magnet closed, ribbon closure and ribboton sealed based on your need.

Printing and Finishing:
CMYK full color and pantone color litho offset printing are used for the paper rigid box. In our facility, we have the powerful HEIDELBERG and MANROLAND printing press to reproduce the most fine images and colors on the box wrapping liner.
To add the quality and luxury feel to the set-up box, the high quality matte lamination, embossing foil stamping and spot UV are available in NSW printing company to help you increase the brand recognition.
Paper Box Purchase Order Details:
| Minimum order quantity (MOQ): | Since the machine setup cost for the rigid paper box is usually very high, 100-200USD. Also, about 200USD will be normally charged by the shipping company for the port related fees. Therefore, it isn't worthy for you to import the boxes from us if your order quantity is too small, because the final cost for a small order will be very high. Therefore, our minimum order quantity will be 3000 pieces if you would like to place an order. |
| Production turn-around time: | We owns two sets of automatic machine to warp the liner paper to the rigid box. Sometimes, we need handmade process, which is an important part in the production of the rigid box. Therefore, we usually needs about 10-15 business days to finish the production. |

1. Question: Could I start the small quantity as a trial order, such like 500 pcs - 1000 pcs ?
Answer: We are a factory of making paper packaging products , all of our products are customized according to our clients’ requirements. The setup fee for our machines for bulk production is high, so it is better to start at 3000pcs for the mass production. If you want check the quality and service, we could do that for you as the samples order.
2. Question: I can not find the box style I need, so what should I do?
Answer: All the product in the images are just for your referrence. We are a custom made printed packaging manufacturer. We will make the boxes according to your requirements and your design. You can either send us a sample for reference or give us the artwork of the packaging you need.
3. Question: Can I have the samples to have a check ?
Answer: As for the sample, there are two choices. First, we could provide the free samples that we have for you to check the quality and you need to pay for the express fee. Second, we can make customized sample box for you according to your requirements. The customized sample fee is about USD$150 per design plus shipping fee. We can make it the same as what you want.
4. Question: Can I get the price of this product?
Answer: The price is based on the quantity, specification and the design. Before we quote the price, we need to confirm these details.
5. Question: Is your price competitive?
Answer: We are a high quality custom made paper packaging box and paper bag supplier in south-east China, located in Guangzhou(Canton). We have the very strict quality control to remove the bad boxes before the shipping. Also, we only use the high quality paper materials for the printing. Our price quote is usually 5-10% higher than most suppliers. We don't supply the cheap boxes.
6. Question: How much will you charge for the sample making?
Answer: Due to the high setup cost of the printing press and die-cut, we usually charge you 100-200USD as the sample making fee based on the actual box size, printing and finishing. The customized sample fee is refundable when the mass order reaches 10,000pcs or above.
