Products & Services

 

1. Is your a manufacturer or trading company?

Answer: We are a China Leading paper packaging manufacturer, who has more than 10 years experience in this field. Our factory has passed ISO9001 and QS certificate, our quality can be ensured fully.

 

2. How do I place an order?

Answer: Just give us an email: damon@nswprinting.com, our professional sales will guide you through the import and export procedures. You can also check our order procedures page to learn more. 

 

3. Could I start the small quantity as a trial order, such like 500 pcs - 1000 pcs?

Answer: We are a factory of making paper packaging products, all of our products are customized according to our client's requirements. The setup fee for our machines for bulk production is high, so it is better to start at 3000pcs for the mass production. If you want to check the quality and service, we could do that for you like the sample order.

 

4. I can not find the box style I need, so what should I do?

Answer: All the product in the images are just for your reference. We are a custom-made printed packaging manufacturer. We will make the boxes according to your requirements and your design. You can either send us a sample for reference or give us the artwork of the packaging you need.

 

5. Can I have the samples to have a check?

Answer: As for the sample, there are two choices. First, we could provide the free samples that we have for you to check the quality and you need to pay for the express fee. Second, we can make a customized sample box for you according to your requirements. The customized sample fee is about USD$150 per design plus shipping fee. We can make it the same as what you want.

 

6. Can I get the price of this product?

Answer: The price is based on the quantity, specification and the design. Before we quote the price, we need to confirm these details. Please send these details to this email: damon@nswprinting.com to get the quote now.

 

7. Is your price competitive?

Answer: We are a high-quality custom-made paper packaging box and paper bag supplier in south-east China, located in Guangzhou(Canton). We have the very strict quality control to remove the bad boxes before the shipping. Also, we only use high-quality paper materials for printing. Our price quote is usually 5-10% higher than most suppliers. We don't supply the cheap boxes.

 

8. Could you create the design artwork for us?

Answer: Usually we supply our clients the free dieline templates for them to put their artwork on it. In terms of the design, our main business now is about the printing and packaging solution. Our designer can help you finished the design but it is better that you have your own designer to create the artwork for you.

 

9. How soon can you finish the mass production?

Answer: For the sample production, it will take about 5-7 days. For the mass production, it will take about 12-18 days after you finished the prepayment. It also depends on the quantity. Our sales will keep tracking the progress and inform you before we finished.

 

10. What is your product range?

Answer: We are a China leading custom printed paper packaging manufacturer. Our core products include custom printed rigid boxes, paper packaging boxes, paper bags, paper tubes, magazine/catalog printing, booklets/leaflets printing, greeting cards, and so on. For the convenience of customers to purchase products and effectively save time, we have our partner factories that can offer related products like custom printed tissue paper, microfiber cloths, and pouches, swing tags, transparent plastic packaging.

 

 

 Despatch & delivery

 

1. How quick is your delivery? How much is your shipping fee?

Our factory is located near to the port of Guangzhou(Canton) and we have our partner freight company nearby. We can save time on handling the products to our freight company and also can ship off the products quicker. We offer sea shipment, air shipment, and train shipment for mass production. Our freight company accepts both LCL and FCL shipping modes, so we can provide you a competitive shipping price. We also can use our clients' freight company if you have your own freight forwarders. 

 

2.  What delivery options are available?

We offer sea shipment, air shipment and train shipment for the mass production. We can ship the mass production to the nearby port of your address so that you can pick up the items and do the clearance with your broker. Also, we can deliver the goods to your address directly. 

 

Payments & invoices

 

1. How much are your products?

The product price will be depended on your own design and the quantity. Just email us at damon@nswprinting.com to get the quotation now.

 

2. How can I pay?

T/T payment is preferred because it is fast and convenient. After you confirmed the sample, you can pay the 50% deposit for the mass production. When all the goods are finished, you need to send us the balance payment before we ship out the products. As for the small sample fee, you can pay through PayPal since the transaction fees is lower.

 

 

Returns, refunds & customer services

 

1.  There is something wrong with my order, what do I do?

We work hard to make sure your order is produced to our high standards. The mass production will match the sample you confirmed before. In the unlikely event that you find something wrong, please contact us and explain the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

 

2.  Can I cancel my order?

Once you’ve checked out, your order will begin and process by different departments of our company. Since all our orders are custom-made and custom printed, it’s not possible to cancel your order once we begin. Please make sure everything is correct before we start the production. 

 

3. I’ve noticed a mistake, can I change my order?

Please check your design carefully before mass production. We make the mass production based on the sample that you confirmed before. Also, before the mass production, we will send the design to let you check again. So please check all details like telephone numbers, dates, times, addresses, prices and spelling before you confirmed it. If you spot an error after we start the mass production, then we’re sorry that we won’t be able to rectify it. Or you will be charged for the mistakes.
