• Printing Options

1. 4c print: as its name implies, 4 ink colors are used in the 4-Color Process printing. These four colors are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black which are known collectively as CMYK. The print is of the highest quality. Here complex color gradients can print your boxes brilliantly.

2. UV print: UV printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. Superior printing quality with crisp colors and vivid images. Instant drying process by the UV lights to increase the production capability.

3. Pantone color print: Pantone Matching System(PMS) is a color system based upon over one thousand standardized ink colors. That helps to ensure you’ll always get the color you’re expecting and minimizes variation throughout the print run.

      Finishing is the value-added process that takes place after printing. In fact, the most critical element of the printing process is the finishing because it can help turn "common" into "unique", and "ordinary" into "extraordinary".

1 . Lamination

Lamination adds a plastic coating to the finished product. It’s a durable finish, offering protection from cracking and scuffing, and prolongs the life of the item. It includes matte lamination and gloss lamination.

2. Varnishing

This is one of the most used finishes in printing. A varnish finish is a colorless coating of either gloss, matte, silk, or satin – it is applied to enhance the look and feel of a design and can also protect the paper from wear-and-tear.

3. Spot UV

Spot UV is a high gloss finish applied to specific areas of a print product. The result is creating strong contrast, making it the perfect choice.

4. Hot Foil stamping

Foil stamping is the use of a malleable metallic material applied to the print surface by using heat and pressure. It is mostly used to enhance typography and logos, and there is a wide range of colors and textures available.

5. Embossing

Generally, embossing refers to raising parts of the page for emphasis and texture. Often, embossing can be combined with other printing techniques such as foil stamping to enhance the effects of both techniques.
